Property Portal is a maintenance ledger for property managers, residents, and technicians. This page describes what the web, Android, and iOS apps collect.
What we collect
- Account details you type: name, email, phone, trade, and password (stored hashed by Convex Auth).
- Company, building, unit, invite, and work-order records, including photos you attach to a job and comments on that job.
- A device identifier used only to recognize a new phone or tablet and send an email confirmation code.
- Billing details for company plans, processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use this data to run the product: sign you in, attach residents to units, assign work, send password-reset and new-device emails (Resend), and charge the company plan (Stripe). We do not sell personal information.
Who can see it
People in your company see the buildings and work they are allowed to see. Residents see their own units and jobs. Photos stay on our Convex file storage. Staff can update resident and worker contact details from the People page.
Retention
Canceling a paid company plan starts a 120-day deletion of that company’s buildings, work orders, and photos. You can ask us to delete an individual account from Account (owners and managers) or through your property manager.
