Do I pay per unit or per door?: No. The price depends only on how many buildings your company runs. Adding units to a building does not change the bill.
What happens when I add a building?: Your plan moves to the matching tier automatically, for example from Starter to Growth at the sixth building.
Do I need a card to start?: No. Every company starts on Free with one building. You subscribe from Account when you need a second building or another manager.
What if we cancel?: Your buildings, work orders, and photos are kept for 120 days after you cancel. Resubscribe in that window and everything is still there. After that, the company’s data is deleted.
